1. Pork ribs - 3 ¼ pounds
2. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
3. Hoisin sauce - 1 cup
4. White sugar - 1 cup
5. Soy sauce - ½ cup
6. White wine - ⅓ cup
7. Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
8. Garlic, crushed - 4 cloves
9. Asian chili-garlic sauce - 2 teaspoons
10. Chinese five-spice powder - ½ teaspoon
11. Cooking spray - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Hoisin Ribs

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread pork ribs on a baking sheet; season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.

Whisk hoisin sauce, sugar, soy sauce, white wine, tomato paste, garlic, chili-garlic sauce, and five-spice powder together in a bowl.
