5. Butter, melted - ½ cup
6. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
7. Diced bell pepper - ¼ cup
8. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 5x7-inch casserole dishes.
