Ingredients for - Corn on the Grill

1. Cooking spray
2. Garlic, minced, or more to taste 5 cloves
3. Butter ½ cup
4. White sugar 1 tablespoon
5. Salt 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
7. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
8. Lime, juiced ½
9. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tapatio®) 2 tablespoons
10. Fresh corn 6 ears

How to cook deliciously - Corn on the Grill

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.

2 . Stage

Heat garlic and butter in a small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes to infuse the butter with the flavor of garlic. Do not let the butter simmer.

3 . Stage

Stir together sugar, salt, black pepper, and cumin in a small dish. Stir into the butter mixture along with lime juice and hot sauce until evenly blended. Brush ears of corn generously with the garlic butter; reserve remaining butter.

4 . Stage

Cook corn on the preheated grill, rotating occasionally until the corn is hot and tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Brush corn with remaining garlic butter as corn cooks.
