1. Dry kidney beans - 1 cup
2. Dry white beans - ½ cup
3. Barley - ½ cup
4. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 large
5. Sweet potato, peeled and cubed - 1 large
6. Onion, cut into chunks - 1 large
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Ketchup - ⅔ cup
9. Barbeque sauce - ¼ cup
10. Soy sauce - ¼ cup
11. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
12. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
13. Onion Powder - 2 teaspoons
14. Paprika - 2 teaspoons
15. Ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
16. Salt - 1 tablespoon
17. Water, or more as needed to cover - 4 cups

How to cook deliciously - Pareve Cholent

1. Stage

Place kidney beans, white beans, barley, potatoes, sweet potato, onion, garlic, ketchup, barbeque sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and water in a slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on High for 3 hours, then reduce heat to Low and continue cooking overnight until the beans are tender.
