Ingredients for - Florentine Tomato Soup

1. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
2. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
3. Chopped onion - ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Water - 1 ½ cups
7. Minced fresh basil - 1 tablespoon
8. Chicken bouillon granules - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Florentine Tomato Soup

1. Stage

In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in tomatoes, water, basil, bouillon and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in spinach and cook 5 to 7 minutes more.
