1. Olive oil - ¼ cup
2. Lime, juiced - 1 medium
3. Chopped fresh cilantro - 3 tablespoons
4. Finely chopped onion - 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic, finely chopped - 3 cloves
6. Ground cumin - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Boneless New York strip steaks, cut into thin strips - 2 (8 ounce)
10. White corn tortillas, or more as needed - 8 (6 inch)
11. Salsa - 1 (8 ounce) jar
12. Shredded Mexican cheese blend - 1 (8 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Beef Fajitas

1. Stage

Whisk oil, lime juice, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak strips, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 8 hours.

When ready to cook, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add steak and marinade; cook and stir until steak is browned and cooked through and all liquid is absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes.
