1. Stage
Onion cut into half rings, garlic finely diced.

Heat oil in a frying pan, put the onion and garlic, and pass them for 1-2 minutes.

Add carrots chopped into julienne, stew for another 3-4 minutes.

Tomato slices.

Pepper cut into strips.

Stir everything, stew for 5-10 minutes, add basil.

Add olives, cut into rings and 3-4 tbsp. of olive brine.

Remove canned tuna from the seeds and put it in the pan.

Chop a little, add the liquid from the canned food and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with any side dish, in our case with mashed potatoes. Very tasty and spicy!
