2. Crushed saltine crackers ⅔ cup
3. Grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
4. Dried basil ½ teaspoon
5. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
6. Salt ½ teaspoon
7. Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
8. Yellow perch fillets 1 pound

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Pour melted butter into a shallow dish. Combine crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and garlic powder in a separate shallow dish.
