How to cook deliciously - Pasta with bacon and baked tomatoes
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise, put them on a baking tray (if desired, cover with baking paper), drizzle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with minced garlic and dried basil (or herb mixture to taste). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Cut the bacon into slices (if the bacon strips are thick, cut them into bars) and fry in a dry frying pan. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, then drain the water and place in the pan with the cooked bacon. Stir well.

Then add baked cherry tomatoes, chopped parsley (or other herbs) and mozzarella (bryndza).
