3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
5. Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch slices - 3 pounds
6. Vegetable broth - 1 ¼ cups
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Melting Potatoes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) and place oven rack in upper-middle position. Grease a high-rimmed metallic baking sheet with butter.
