1. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, bias-sliced 1/2-inch thick - 1 (14 ounce) package
2. Apple cider vinegar - 3 tablespoons
3. Minced shallot - 1 tablespoon
4. Honey - 2 teaspoons
5. Dijon-style mustard - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
9. Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced - 1 ½ pounds
10. Red onion, thinly sliced - ½ medium
11. Toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped - ½ cup
12. Dried cranberries - ½ cup

1. Stage

In a large skillet, cook and stir sausage slices over medium heat about 5 minutes or until browned. Set aside to cool slightly.

2. Stage

For vinaigrette, in a small bowl, combine cider vinegar, shallot, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil and beat until combined.

In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, Brussels sprouts, red onion, walnuts, and dried cranberries. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Gently toss.
