1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Whole kernel corn, with liquid - 1 (11 ounce) can
5. Sliced black olives, with liquid - 1 (2.25 ounce) can
6. Tomatoes with juice, chopped - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Chili beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
9. Taco seasoning mix - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Uncooked egg noodles - 1 (16 ounce) package
12. Sour cream, for topping - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Noodles Mexicana

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is evenly brown. Drain.

2. Stage

Mix the corn, olives, tomatoes, chili beans, and green onions into the skillet. Season with taco seasoning and salt. Cover, and cook 15 minutes.

3. Stage

Mix the egg noodles into the skillet. Cover, and continue cooking 12 minutes, or until egg noodles are tender. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream.
