1. Ground beef 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped 1
3. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
4. Whole kernel corn, with liquid 1 (11 ounce) can
5. Sliced black olives, with liquid 1 (2.25 ounce) can
6. Tomatoes with juice, chopped 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Chili beans, drained 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Chopped green onions ½ cup
9. Taco seasoning mix 1 (1.25 ounce) package
10. Salt ½ teaspoon
11. Uncooked egg noodles 1 (16 ounce) package
12. Sour cream, for topping ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Noodles Mexicana

1 . Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is evenly brown. Drain.

2 . Stage

Mix the corn, olives, tomatoes, chili beans, and green onions into the skillet. Season with taco seasoning and salt. Cover, and cook 15 minutes.

3 . Stage

Mix the egg noodles into the skillet. Cover, and continue cooking 12 minutes, or until egg noodles are tender. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream.
