How to cook deliciously - Buns peach heart
1. Stage
Heat the peach juice (I had "I" juice with pulp) until warm. Dissolve the yeast in the juice. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and sifted flour and mix thoroughly (about 10 minutes). At the end of the kneading, add melted butter. (The egg will come in handy before baking.)

The dough should be soft and a little sticky to the hands. Cover with a towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.

Cover the table with flour. Roll out the oval in the middle, put some of the sliced peaches and sprinkle the cane sugar on top.

Prepare a baking tray in advance. Line it with baking paper and grease it with a little oil. Transfer our billet to the baking tray, turning the middle to the edges. Let stand our hearts for 10-15 minutes. Take an egg, beat it with a fork, grease the hearts on top and send the tray to the oven for about 30 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees (preheat oven).

While the hearts are baking, prepare the glaze. Take lemon juice and apple juice, mix with sugar and put on low heat. Bring to the boil and cook for 3-5 minutes more until it thickens. Take out our hearts on a rack, cover with the glaze while still hot and let cool.
