2. Rock salt ¼ cup
3. Carrot, cut into thin strips 1 small
4. Vinegar 3 tablespoons
5. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
6. White sugar, or to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
8. Toasted sesame seeds, ground 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper, or to taste ½ teaspoon
10. Salt ¼ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Combine cabbage and rock salt together in a bowl. Let stand 15 minutes, stirring often. Rinse lightly and drain.
