Ingredients for - Linguine with Seafood and Sundried Tomatoes

1. Linguine pasta 1 pound
2. Olive oil ½ cup
3. Butter ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced 4 cloves
5. Bay scallops 1 pound
6. Medium shrimp - peeled and deveined 1 pound
7. Clam juice 1 (8 ounce) jar
8. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes ⅓ cup
9. Chopped fresh parsley ¼ cup
10. Lemon zest 2 ½ teaspoons
11. Salt ¼ teaspoon
12. Crushed red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Linguine with Seafood and Sundried Tomatoes

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2 . Stage

In a large skillet add the olive oil and butter. Heat until butter is melted. Add the garlic and saute until tender.

3 . Stage

Add the scallops and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 10 minutes. Add clam juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes more.

4 . Stage

To the cooked pasta add the tomatoes, parsley and lemon zest, toss. Pour seafood mixture over the linguini, serve immediately.
