Ingredients for - Linguine with Seafood and Sundried Tomatoes

1. Linguine pasta - 1 pound
2. Olive oil - ½ cup
3. Butter - ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
5. Bay scallops - 1 pound
6. Medium shrimp - peeled and deveined - 1 pound
7. Clam juice - 1 (8 ounce) jar
8. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes - ⅓ cup
9. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
10. Lemon zest - 2 ½ teaspoons
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
12. Crushed red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Linguine with Seafood and Sundried Tomatoes

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

In a large skillet add the olive oil and butter. Heat until butter is melted. Add the garlic and saute until tender.

3. Stage

Add the scallops and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 10 minutes. Add clam juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes more.

4. Stage

To the cooked pasta add the tomatoes, parsley and lemon zest, toss. Pour seafood mixture over the linguini, serve immediately.
