Ingredients for - Spicy Thai Shrimp Salad

1. Water - 2 quarts
2. Kosher salt - ½ cup
3. Sugar - ½ cup
4. Kikkoman Soy Sauce - ¼ cup
5. Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined - 2 pounds
6. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
7. Kikkoman Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
8. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
9. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon
11. Sliced peppers (red, yellow or orange) - 1 cup
12. Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Thai Shrimp Salad

1. Stage

To brine shrimp, combine water, salt, sugar, and Kikkoman Soy sauce in a large bowl, stirring to dissolve salt and sugar. Submerge 2 pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp in the brine. Brine for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Rinse shrimp. Place on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Roast shrimp until done, 6 to 8 minutes.
