Toss the canned peas in a sieve to drain the liquid. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.

In a salad bowl, mix all the vegetables with the sour cream (leave some to serve), salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice. Adjust to your taste. I sometimes add a little mayonnaise to the sour cream. Mustard can be omitted altogether.
