Warm up the kefir. Pour it into the bowl of the bread machine. Add salt, olive oil. Pour on top of sifted flour with added sugar and yeast. Turn on "Dough" mode. After the sound signal add garlic and rosemary.

After completing the "Dough" program of the bread maker, take out the dough on the prepared table. Divide the dough into two equal halves.

Use your hands to form each piece of dough into a flat loaf, which you roll up.

Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Grease it with butter. Place the baguettes and leave them to proof for 30 minutes. I use the oven for this purpose in the "convection" mode at 40 degrees.

Remove the tray from the oven. The baguettes should increase in volume.

Turn on "Baking" mode at 210 degrees. As soon as the oven heats up - "return" to the oven baguettes. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 190 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
