8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Chopped pecans - 1 cup
10. Brown sugar - ⅔ cup
11. Butter, melted - 1 stick
12. All-purpose flour - ⅓ cup
13. Sweetened condensed milk - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place sweet potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash.
