1. Catfish fillets - 1 pound
2. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
3. Garlic powder - 2 tablespoons
4. Paprika - 2 tablespoons
5. Cajun seasoning - 1 tablespoon
6. Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
7. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
8. Fresh corn kernels - 1 cup
9. Bok choy, leaves and stalks separated - 1 head
10. Chopped onion - ½ cup
11. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
12. Serrano pepper, chopped - 1
13. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
14. Chopped tomatoes - 1 cup
15. Water - 4 cups
16. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Seafood Soup

1. Stage

Season catfish and shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, and curry powder; set aside in a bowl.

2. Stage

Heat a 6-quart pot over medium heat for 2 minutes; add olive oil. Add corn, bok choy, onion, bell pepper, serrano pepper, and garlic. Stir-fry until onion becomes tender, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.

3. Stage

Add catfish and shrimp to the soup. Cover and cook until flesh is opaque, 6 to 7 minutes more. Garnish soup with cilantro.
