2. 99%-lean ground turkey breast 1 ¼ pounds
3. Taco seasoning 1 package
4. Pico de gallo, divided 2 cups
5. Broccoli slaw ⅓ (16 ounce) package
6. Chopped red bell pepper 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped yellow bell pepper 2 tablespoons
8. Chopped green bell pepper 2 tablespoons
9. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers 1 (10 ounce) can
10. No-salt-added tomato sauce 1 (8 ounce) can
11. Corn tortilla chips, or as needed 48
12. Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Ground Turkey Taco Nachos

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until beginning to brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink, 1 to 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup pico de gallo, broccoli slaw, and chopped bell peppers. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peppers begin to soften, about 2 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook until simmering and heated through, about 5 minutes.
