1. Potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 pounds
2. Fresh green beans, trimmed - ½ pound
3. Yellow onion, thickly sliced (Optional) - 1
4. Maple syrup - ¼ cup
5. Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
6. Dijon mustard - 3 tablespoons
7. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Maple-Mustard Glazed Vegetables

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place potatoes, beans, and onion into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Stir maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, and garlic together in a bowl. Pour over veggies and mix until evenly coated. Cover with aluminum foil.
