2. Leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces - 1 cup
3. Blue cheese, crumbled - 8 ounces
4. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
5. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
6. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
