Ingredients for - Pasta With Spinach Sauce

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
4. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 2 (10 ounce) packages
5. Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
6. Condensed cream of celery soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
7. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
8. Chopped ham - 1 cup
9. Spaghetti - 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Pasta With Spinach Sauce

1. Stage

Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain.

2. Stage

Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onions, and ham if desired. Cook until onion is transparent, 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in thawed spinach. Mix in sour cream, cream of celery soup, and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low, and heat through.

Serve spinach sauce over spaghetti or egg noodles.
