1. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
2. Smithfield® Garlic & Herb Seasoned Pork Loin Filet, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1
3. Yellow onion, diced 1 medium
4. No-salt-added chicken stock 1 (32 ounce) carton
5. Great Northern white beans 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Yukon Gold potatoes, diced 1 pound
7. Frozen corn kernels 1 (16 ounce) package
8. Fire-roasted diced green chile peppers 2 (4 ounce) cans
9. Cream-style corn 1 (14.75 ounce) can
10. Salt 1 ½ teaspoons
11. White pepper 1 teaspoon
12. Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
13. Light sour cream 1 (16 ounce) container
14. Minced fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - White Chili from Smithfield®

1 . Stage

Heat oil in 6-quart stock pot. Stir fry pork cubes 7 minutes on high heat. Add onion; stir fry 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream and cilantro. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; boil 15 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3 . Stage

Remove chili from heat. Stir in sour cream and cilantro just before serving.
