4. Sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 (10 ounce) can
5. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
6. Hot pepper sauce, or more to taste - 2 dashes
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 dashes
8. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 2 (10 ounce) packages
9. Condensed cream of celery soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
10. Sour cream - 1 cup
11. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Ground Beef Spinach Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook and stir in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Add mushrooms, oregano, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.

Add spinach, condensed soup, and sour cream; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and cover with mozzarella cheese.
