Ingredients for - Mushroom Stroganoff (Vegan)

1. Oyster mushrooms 8 ounces
2. Oil, or to taste 1 tablespoon
3. Onion, diced 1 small
4. All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
5. Almond milk 1 cup
6. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Stroganoff (Vegan)

1 . Stage

Shred mushrooms with a fork.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion and fry until soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Throw in flour, stir well, and fry for another minute.

3 . Stage

Stir in almond milk and lemon juice until well combined. Simmer for 7 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
