2. Onion, diced 1 small
3. Dry bread crumbs, or as needed ¼ cup
4. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
5. Eggs, slightly beaten 2
6. Garlic, minced 4 cloves
7. Dried oregano 1 tablespoon
8. Dried basil 1 tablespoon
9. Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
10. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
11. Salt 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until just combined. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, then roll each of those portions into 4 meatballs. Arrange meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
