Soak the bread in cold water, squeeze, knead with raw eggs, minced meat and finely chopped scallions. Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the sunflower oil in a high saucepan. Divide the stuffing into 8 portions and flatten each portion into a flapjack. Roll the eggs (boiled) in flour. Each egg is encased in a shell of minced meat. "Nests" - one by one - fry in deep fryer for 5-6 minutes. For a child, I replaced 1 chicken egg with 4 quail eggs: smaller and healthier.

Sauce: chop frozen tomatoes (I have cherry tomatoes) and, without defrosting, bring to a boil, salt, add spices and sugar (to taste).
