2. Persimmon pulp - 2 cups
3. White sugar - 2 cups
4. Eggs, lightly beaten - 3
5. Buttermilk - 1 ¼ cups
6. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
8. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Persimmon Pudding Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Spread melted butter evenly over the bottom of a baking dish.

Beat persimmon pulp and sugar together in a bowl; beat in eggs. Beat in buttermilk and baking soda.
