How to cook deliciously - Tangerine jam
1. Stage
Tangerines are carefully washed, put in a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Take the finished mandarins out of the pan, let them cool a bit, cut off the stalks.

Cut the tangerines into pieces (remove the pips if there are any) and put them in the bowl of a food processor.
