1. Rice vinegar - ¼ cup
2. Sugar - 1 tablespoon
3. Kikkoman Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
4. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
5. Oriental sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
6. Mixed salad greens, washed and drained - 1 (16 ounce) package
7. Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley - ¼ cup
8. Medium-size cooked chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and shredded - 2

How to cook deliciously - Quick Chinese Chicken Salad

1. Stage

Combine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, vegetable and sesame oils in large bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves.

2. Stage

Add salad mixture and cilantro, tossing to coat all pieces.

Add chicken; toss to combine. Serve immediately.
