Ingredients for - Croissants with apples
How to cook deliciously - Croissants with apples
1. Stage
I make croissants myself from puff pastry. I'll give you the link to the recipe at the end. You can, of course, use ready-made dough or take ready-made croissants, then the cooking process will be instant! So, cut the croissant in half lengthwise and dry on a rack in the oven at 180-200* for 2-3 minutes until crusty.
2. Stage
Cut the apple into small slices.
3. Stage
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the apples and stew for 5 minutes until soft.
4. Stage
Then add the sugar (I used brown sugar), cinnamon, and vanilla. Caramelize the apples for another 3 minutes. Caramel should form and cover the apple slices.
5. Stage
Grease the bottom half of the croissant with a spoonful of sour cream (whipped cream can be used)
6. Stage
Place apples on top of the sour cream and cover with the top of the croissant. Pour the caramel from the pan. I have all the caramel covered the apples and there is none left as I add less sugar. There you go, a hearty breakfast or dessert ready! Delicious!
