1. Butter, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
2. Cooked rice, or more to taste - 3 cups
3. Sour cream - 2 cups
4. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 pound
5. Chopped green chilies - 2 (4 ounce) cans
6. Grated Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
7. Salt to taste - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Rice Elena

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.

2. Stage

Mix rice, sour cream, Monterey jack cheese, green chiles, and salt together in the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the rice mixture.
