1. Penne pasta 8 ounces
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Chopped tomatoes 3 cups
4. Fresh spinach, washed and chopped 10 ounces
5. Garlic, minced 1 clove
6. Tomato basil feta cheese 8 ounces
7. Salt to taste 8 ounces
8. Ground black pepper to taste 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

1 . Stage

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in a large pot. Add tomatoes, spinach, and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes, or until spinach is wilted and mixture is thoroughly heated. Add pasta and cheese; cook 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
