3. Brewed black tea - ½ cup
4. Minced fresh ginger - ½ tablespoon
5. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
6. Jalapeno pepper, minced - ½
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. White sugar - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
10. Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
11. Sesame oil - 1 ½ tablespoons
12. Cooked egg noodles - 2 pounds
13. Peeled, seeded, and julienned cucumber - 1 cup
14. Fresh cilantro leaves - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Sesame Peanut Noodle Salad

1. Stage

Stir together the peanut butter, peanut oil, tea, ginger, garlic, jalapeno pepper, salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl until incorporated. Place the egg noodles in a large bowl; add the cucumber and cilantro and mix together with your hands. Pour the peanut sauce over the noodles; mix with your hands until evenly coated.
