1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. Butter, softened - 1 cup
3. Cream cheese, softened - 2 (8 ounce) packages
4. White sugar - 1 cup
5. Milk - 3 ½ cups
6. Instant lemon pudding mix - 2 (3.4 ounce) packages
7. Frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 (12 ounce) container

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Lush

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Use a pastry cutter to combine flour and butter in a large bowl until mixture is crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden, about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely, about 15 minutes.

Beat together cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth and well blended. Spread evenly over cooled crust.

Whisk together milk and lemon pudding mix in a second medium bowl for 3 to 5 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then top with whipped topping.
