Ingredients for - Mary's Meatloaf

1. Lean ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
2. Onion, chopped - 1 large
3. Salt to taste - 1 large
4. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 large
5. Garlic powder to taste - 1 large
6. White bread, cut into cubes - 6 slices
7. Milk - ½ cup
8. Egg - 1
9. Yellow mustard, divided - 3 tablespoons
10. Ketchup, divided - ½ cup
11. Brown sugar - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mary's Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix in bread, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons mustard and 1/4 cup ketchup.

3. Stage

Press the meat mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a small bowl, stir together remaining mustard, ketchup and brown sugar; pour on top of the meat loaf.

4. Stage
