8. Shallot, minced - 1 large
9. Garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon
10. White wine vinegar - ⅓ cup
11. Dijon mustard - ⅓ cup
12. Honey - ⅓ cup
13. Strips crisply cooked bacon, crumbled - 2

1. Stage

Place spinach into a large serving bowl; top with Swiss cheese, hard-cooked eggs, mushrooms, 4 crumbled strips of bacon, and almonds.
