1. Olive oil 5 tablespoons
2. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
3. Chopped fresh parsley 4 tablespoons
4. Minced clams, with juice 2 (6.5 ounce) cans
5. Crushed tomatoes 2 (16 ounce) cans
6. Salt and pepper to taste 2 (16 ounce) cans

How to cook deliciously - Quick Clam Sauce

1 . Stage

In a large saucepan, lightly brown garlic in olive oil. Stir in parsley, clams with juice, crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.
