Ingredients for - Quick Clam Sauce

1. Olive oil - 5 tablespoons
2. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
3. Chopped fresh parsley - 4 tablespoons
4. Minced clams, with juice - 2 (6.5 ounce) cans
5. Crushed tomatoes - 2 (16 ounce) cans
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 (16 ounce) cans

How to cook deliciously - Quick Clam Sauce

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, lightly brown garlic in olive oil. Stir in parsley, clams with juice, crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Stage

Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.
