1. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
2. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
4. Feta cheese, cubed - 1 (6 ounce) package
5. Water - 1 cup
6. Couscous - 1 cup
7. Cucumber, seeded and chopped - 1 medium
8. Tomato, chopped - 1 medium
9. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
10. Red onion, chopped - ¼ medium
11. Pitted black olives - ¼ cup
12. Pitted green olives - ¼ cup
13. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
14. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
15. Extra-virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons
16. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
17. White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
18. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Greek Salad with Couscous and Spicy Feta Cheese

1. Stage

Heat a skillet over low heat. Add oregano and chili powder to the dry, hot skillet; cook and stir until fragrant and toasted, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix with olive oil. Pour over feta cheese and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Pour boiling water over the couscous and wrap it with plastic for 10 minutes.

Stir cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, onion, black and green olives, 2 tablespoons oil, and garlic into the warm couscous.

Mix oil, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, and soy sauce for the salad dressing together. Pour over salad.
