1. Dried oregano 1 tablespoon
2. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
3. Extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
4. Feta cheese, cubed 1 (6 ounce) package
5. Water 1 cup
6. Couscous 1 cup
7. Cucumber, seeded and chopped 1 medium
8. Tomato, chopped 1 medium
9. Green bell pepper, chopped 1 medium
10. Red onion, chopped ¼ medium
11. Pitted black olives ¼ cup
12. Pitted green olives ¼ cup
13. Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
14. Garlic, minced 1 clove
15. Extra-virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons
16. Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
17. White wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
18. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Greek Salad with Couscous and Spicy Feta Cheese

1 . Stage

Heat a skillet over low heat. Add oregano and chili powder to the dry, hot skillet; cook and stir until fragrant and toasted, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix with olive oil. Pour over feta cheese and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Pour boiling water over the couscous and wrap it with plastic for 10 minutes.
