9. Lime juice 3 teaspoons

11. Red cabbage, shredded, or more to taste ½ head
12. Scallions, chopped 2 bunches
13. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
14. White vinegar 3 tablespoons
15. Cilantro, chopped 1 small bunch
16. Corn tortillas 20 (8 inch)

1 . Stage

Mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Add shrimp and marinade for at least 1 hour.
