1. Lime juice - 1 ½ cups
2. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
3. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
4. Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
5. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 3 pounds
6. Enchilada sauce - ½ cup
7. Diced jalapeno peppers - ½ (4 ounce) jar
8. Honey - 5 teaspoons
9. Lime juice - 3 teaspoons
10. Salt to taste - 3 teaspoons
11. Red cabbage, shredded, or more to taste - ½ head
12. Scallions, chopped - 2 bunches
13. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
14. White vinegar - 3 tablespoons
15. Cilantro, chopped - 1 small bunch
16. Corn tortillas - 20 (8 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Spicy Shrimp Tacos

1. Stage

Mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Add shrimp and marinade for at least 1 hour.

Mix enchilada sauce, jalapenos, honey, lime juice, and salt together in a separate bowl for the sauce.

Toss cabbage with scallions, olive oil, vinegar, and cilantro in a large bowl for the slaw.
