How to cook deliciously - Hunting liver cutlets
1 . Stage
Grind the liver through a meat grinder, add the egg, flour, spices, mix well.

Fry, when it thickens, pour in hot water slowly and stir, simmer until it thickens. If you like a thicker sauce, you can put more flour.
