7. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Mashed ripe banana - 1 ½ cups
11. Sour cream - 1 cup
12. Applesauce - ½ cup
13. Melted butter - ½ cup
14. Eggs - 2
15. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
16. Fresh blueberries - 2 cups

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 24 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

Whisk together flour, oats, flax, sugar, coconut, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
