6. Chicken broth - 2 cups
7. Chicken stock - 2 cups
8. Fire-roasted diced tomatoes - 2 (28 ounce) cans
9. Kidney beans - rinsed, drained, and mashed - 1 (16 ounce) can
10. Chili powder - 4 tablespoons
11. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
12. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
13. Kosher salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
14. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
15. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
16. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
17. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
18. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Place turkey into the pot and cook evenly until browned, crumbly, and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in onion and cook until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in jalapeno and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour broth and stock into the pot.
