1. Ground beef (80% lean) - 1 pound
2. Water - ¼ cup
3. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
4. Ground cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
6. Tortilla chips - 1 (14.5 ounce) package
7. Sliced black olives - 1 (4 ounce) can
8. Pickled jalapeno pepper slices (Optional) - 1 (12 ounce) jar
9. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
10. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
11. Salsa - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Sheet Pan Nachos

1. Stage

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.

2. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in water, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Lay out tortilla chips on the sheet pan. Top with ground beef mixture. Cover with olives, jalapeno slices, and Cheddar cheese.
