2. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
3. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 pound
4. Balsamic Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
5. White wine - 3 tablespoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Balsamic Mushrooms

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant but not brown, about 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to release their juices, about 2 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine; cook until mushrooms are tender, about 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
