1. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
2. Red bell pepper, cut into strips - 1
3. Green bell pepper, cut into strips - 1
4. Yellow bell pepper, cut into strips - 1
5. Red onion, chopped - ½
6. Seitan, cut into strips - 1 pound
7. Reduced-sodium soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
9. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
12. Whole grain tortillas - 10

How to cook deliciously - Seitan Fajitas

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir bell peppers and onion in hot oil until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Add seitan, soy sauce, garlic, chili powder, paprika, and cumin; cook and stir until seitan is heated through, 7 to 10 minutes.

Spoon seitan filling onto each tortilla and fold tortilla around filling.
