1. Maple syrup - ½ cup
2. Pineapple juice - ½ cup
3. Brown mustard - 2 tablespoons
4. Soy sauce (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
5. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Firm tofu, drained and cubed - 1 (8 ounce) container
7. Sesame seeds (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Maple Glazed Tofu

1. Stage

Whisk together maple syrup, pineapple juice, mustard, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

2. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir tofu in hot oil until evenly browned. Stir in maple syrup mixture and continue to cook until glaze is reduced. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
