4. Soy sauce 4 tablespoons
5. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
6. Dark brown sugar 4 teaspoons
7. Dried oregano 2 teaspoons
8. Red pepper flakes 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Garlic, minced 1 clove
10. Skirt steak, fat removed and flattened to 1/8-inch thickness 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Steak Tacos

1 . Stage

Combine onion, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic in a large bowl.

Place steak in a baking pan and pour marinade on top. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 to 4 hours.
